I thought he was terrible.

Offering the same lame punchlines over and over, calling Mayweather the arguably best boxer of all time (LOL), repeating the lie that Ortiz has dropped every opponent he ever faced, etc.

Overall a very poor commentator imo.

 

Those two were ****ing awful. I never want to listen to that kind of **** again.

 

He later admitted that they had never used a HBO feed.

 

if they used the hbo feed they would be hailed as gods imo

 

Benny was ****ing annoying sounded like he was on speed, whilst Wayne McColloughs voice was so boring that I would rather listen to Steve Davis and Ken Barlow discussing carpet samples.

 

I think its high time they tried one out then to see how many "complaints" they get.

I don't need to know who's winning the fight, I can judge that on my own, but I'd rather have a commentator who shares the excitement rather than a know it all.
