    The yellow man of the teens has been pretty good too. Let's not forget them. For 'twas Morrissey who said they were the cat's pajamas. I read it in better homes and gardens.

    I won't argue that they were great or not, because they definitely were. But couldn't get work? That hardly seems supportable considering how many black world champions and contenders sprang up during that decade. They were getting plenty of work.

    Very confusing....

    Was just reading about him in a book last night Surf-Bat and quoting one of his lines.

    I dont know a lot bout the 30s......or a little or lot in general :lol:
