Can you imagine that, two guys standing in the middle of the ring, Pacman stands there and wait for FMW to do something? I can't because Pacman will force the issue.

To answer the TS, FMW is a very skillfull boxer so an all out aggression without head movement, good foot work in & out and lateral movement, and parry will get you killed. You'll end up like Hatton. Basically, apply good defense while attacking. I know, it's is easier said than done but it's not impossible to do. Use a combination of Hagler, De la Hoya, Judah, and Pacman's relentless aggression. Pacman is more than capable of doing it. He has been improving since Roach took him under his wings. I'm sure Roach will come up with several game plan for this fight.

    Happy Thanks Giving To Y'all!!!

Well, FMW beat that style already so it would be useless against him. Pacman will be destroyed. Done, el_fin, la_fin, ang katapusan, tapos na, humana, boo-yah!, over.

Another thing is that Mayweather can be something of a slow starter, and picks up latter n the bout. Which means winning the early rounds is important so you have those points.

    Watch Castillo-Mayweather I.
That is how you beat Floyd, it's been done.

There is no blueprint for Floyd because no one has beat him. People have ran him close but no one beat him.

Before anyone says Castill I ... FLoyd fought on with an injury and if you want to go further and say ODLH.. Floyd fought that up at 154

FMW already beat that style in their second fight, so it's useless. FMW is a very smart fighter and he's able to adjust to any style, but I have not seen him against Pacman's style so we shall see what will happen. That's what makes this fight intriguing.

True, Pacquiao is more of puncher than a swarmer (like Castillo or Hatton). His combination of speed and power is amazing, and he still threw over 60 punches a round at 140lbs. Against Cotto he averaged a little less, but that was also because he seemed to hold back during the late rounds, when Cotto was on constant retreat.

I would favor Mayweather to beat Pac by decision, but it's not going to be easy and i'd love to see the fight, regardless of outcome. I like both men as boxers.

That's like saying Muhammad Ali beat Joe Frazier the last 2 fights they fought therefore Frazier is not the way to go to beat Ali...

It just doesn't work that way...

There are 2 important things Castillo showed us in fight #1 :

-He could take a counter punch if needed to establish himself on the inside. (That's essential)
-He was able to keep Mayweather fighting on the inside. (In his case it was a physical way of achieving it, using his size effectively)

Now you can use speed once on the inside to gain the same effect as being very physical... The key is to keep PBF concentrating on his defence for most of every round. Most will say he'll just counter....well of course he will and you can't stop that no matter how good you are. The thing is...you have to be successful with what you're doing inside (work rate, speed & accuracy hitting the target).

No matter how good a guy is to close the distance, it's a given he gets tagged with FMJ. A good jab helps to keep Money careful timing his counters but just a good jab means you would fight from a distance and unless you have the reach of a chimp, he will slowly adapt and overcome that..

Against him, the fight is won on the inside (on the ropes as much as possible)! The key is to get there sustaining the least damage as possible and keeping it there effectively using elite type skills to do so.

I seem to remember Jesus Chavez taking a couple of early rounds off him with relentless pressure, throwing hudreds of punches but in the end Floyd showed just how adaptable he is by staying in the pocket and simply picking him off with hooks and uppercuts which eventually broke chavez down.

If you're going to beat Floyd I think you need to do it at Long range with power shots. Paul Williams is the man to do it.

The name of the game is not aggressiveness, it is 'effective aggressiveness'.

Most of Floyd's Opponents punches get deflected and do not do much damage. Also use up a lot of energy in the process.
It is tiring and frustrating to punch at a target that constantly making you miss.

Castillo lost. Then he lost again in the rematch, even more convincingly. Some blueprint.
