    First of all, the finger thing was a JOKE! :roll:
    He's just double-jointed. I can do that with my finger too! :lol:


    Second, of course they would have used focus mitts as well!

    The 24/7 shows pick on a detail that they think is interesting and hype it up. It's not like they showed evey minute of every training session! :patsch
