I like Jeffries, but Arch may be able to pull this one off. I can see it either way. My initial reaction to the thread was "Jeffries", but after some thought I might lean towards the genius of Moore to prevail in an upset.

But one false move or lapse in concentration and he's dead.

I have a feeling that valdes and bivins would be among jeffries best wins and resume wise there isn't much between them truth be told.

However in a hw battle of attrition between these two I have to favour james.

tough fight to pick,.... Archie on his almost 50 strait run on way Marciano would be to deep in experience vs the 20+ odd total of fights for Jeff but Jim Jeff was as strong as the come and should be a force to reckon with for at least 15 rds, would Archie wear? Would Jeffires survive the pot-shot bombs and craftiness of the mongoose....a tough pick and as strong as Jeffires was did Moore hit harder?

I love ol' Archie and all (no homo)...but could it be possible that we're underrating Big Jeff a little bit here..kind of like the way Dempsey is insamely underrated in this same forum?
