Thought exactly that when they questioned will power/desire or whatever it was. I don’t think a world champion boxer or Paralympion lack willpower and discipline
Not really. My Bad!! No offence was intended to anybody, and apologies to anybody my post may have...
I know what you’re getting at but them special forces lads go through a lot worse physically and mentally. Dieting (even extreme) and training hard a couple of times a day for 10 weeks a couple of times a year doesn’t even come close for me. If he was Army like you say I’d feel the same as you but he was a marine. Their basic training is so many levels above the army and 3 times longer. I’m unsure but I’ve heard he later went into the SBS as well. Agree about Price, she is horrible but defo still would.
Just watched this clip of the show. Bellew had to drop in the old classic "I just want to be left alone" right at the end. If he had a string coming out his back that you could pull then that would be his catchphrase. This content is protected
****inghell. I’m not one to back down but he wouldn’t be one you’d want to have a run in with. I’d be that desperate to avoid a left hook Dickinson or Makabu style i’d certainly eat a right hand haha. However, these are talking as if he’s The Terminator.
Bellew can't be bargained with. Can't be reasoned with and doesn't feel any pity, remorse or fear. He will not stop until he is left alone.
Yeah he was in SBS. My understanding is they are better trained than the SAS, as they are trained to do what they do from sea and land. My brothers godfather is ex SBS and these guys are known to spend 2-3 months in a tiny ditches without leaving them when carrying out survellience. There discipline is on a different level to a boxers.
