Just what it says on the title, the ****ers had the cheek to say they wouldnt have paid out on Kahn by KO/TKO either... they would only pay out for a straight Kahn win.

I want to chase this up with these ladbrokes dickheads, what should I do ?

Need to check the rules in detail. They can't have it both ways. I would say that the win was on points

They should really pay up on the points, you could take matter up with http://www.ibas-uk.co m/ if it remains unresolved.

Without wishing to state the obvious, keep your bet-slip, that IBAS (Independant Bookmakers Arbitration Service) send you out a claim form to fill in:

    Their number is 0207 347 5883

I doubt they'll be open till tommorow though.

I've just checked the BetFair rules and under "method of victory" technical decision is grouped with decision and they would have paid you out. I don't see why ladbrokes should be any different.

    It's a while since I bet in a shop, I always bet on-line.

I don't know if theres anything on bet-slips now to say that you agree to any terms and conditions, like you do on-line.

If not, and assuming you went into a shop, they shouldn't have a leg to stand on.

    These bookmakers are thieving ****s.

PaddyPower take days on end to confirm a fight result and only when you e-mail them do they settle it. No doubt they are keeping all the money in their account and getting some nice interest.

I just read the small print at William Hill. With them, to get paid out for a points win the fight has to have gone the distance.

The office result is Khan via decision so it should pay out unless there is something somewhere say its a decision that goes the distance.
