    hi all,

As we all know by now Amir "king" Khan is using a bouncy castle in sparring not only to increase his own already epic speed but according to some it also allows his partners to emulate Pacs " in and out" style of fighting :bbb.

Does this indicate a potential match up between these stable mates?

Do you think others will follow this iniative way of training?

    Comments please

I was only made aware of this exercise just recently but apparently he has been adapting this discipline since he joined wildcard. I can see how it helps I once had a fight with my brother on a bouncy castle and my legs where shot afterwards. Since then I've been a lot lighter on my feet. It has obviously helped Khan but as for fighting PAC I don't know how it will work, who will have first shout on the castle?

I honestly think the match could be made, bringing massive money before an even bigger fight between the winner and Mayweather. I hope it happens

thats so unorthadox but i can defenently recall being on a bouncy castle and the ammount of work it would do for your legs whilst training would be pretty damn good
