There are plenty of boxers with big muscles and stamina. Being 250 lbs of muscle fighting at the pace of lightweights is a huge red flag. And it isn't common to Nigerian fighters in the slightest.

 

How many of them can throw dozens of bombs every round at 250 lbs?

I'm asking how fighting Tua just magically gave him the stamina to throw hundreds of punches. Him slugging it out because that's all he knew how to do is irrelevant. Most heavyweights can't fight at that pace, let alone while weighing 250.
