    Quick Update... Progress on The Boxing Promoter is looking very promising;

    - 600+ Followers on Twitter
    - 100+ Beta testers
    - 1/2 bugs to fix
    - Plenty of ideas for improvement
    - Representatives of Sky Sports Boxing / Frank Warren Promotions / IFL and Goodwin boxing are all currently testing the game
    - Discussions are ongoing with publishing companies (including EA)

    Look forward to trying it out.

    There was an old boxing simulator I used to play way back on MS-DOS. Can't remember what it was called.

    Title bout boxing can be ok but it gets boring because of no career and so on.

    The heroin of video games. I'm still on it, although not like I was back in the mid 90s when it was impossible to pull myself away. Just one more game.

    World Championship Boxing Manager? It was released in 1990.... I honestly never played it, but so many people have messaged me on forums or twitter saying that WCBM was their favourite management game period.

    I had title bout on my Nexas and it takes ages to set up fights and with no career mode I sort of gave up, they did mention a plan for a career mode but I think that was about a year ago (nothing since).

    I'll keep you informed!

    Really appreciate that mate!

    There seems to be a good gap in the market for a game like this... Hopefully people like the concept, I've got loads of ideas to enhance it but just want to make sure people are actually going to play it first!

    I wonder if it has the option for paying off refs, judges, sanctioning bodies, antidoping agencies, and retroactive TUEs?

    Honestly I just had someone post the exact same question in a different forum, how strange.

    I'll reply in the same way, sadly not, this game is designed to be authentic but maybe not that authentic :)

    Yes, that is the one. I didn't get playing it till around 2000ish when somebody recommended it to me. We have the same thoughts on Title Bout. I've been at their forum now and again. Feels like plans for another game were dead the last time I checked it out.

    It's a shame really (titlebout)... hopefully this can fill the gap in the market even if not straight away but in a years time or so.
