I would just love to see GGG and Canelo fans right now after watching that masterclass from BJS. Saunders will play with both of them on this form. I can imagine Canelo and GGG suddenly losing their pens.
It was easily one of the performances of the year to be fair. GGG probably the only one who beats him right now.
Its interesting that nobody said anything like that when Dawson was beating fighters like Tarver, Johnson etc where he was over a decade younger. It was something I had said that fans dismiss to suit
Great Performance by Saunders but i would still pick Golovkin, Canelo, Jacobs, Charlo, Derevyanchenko and Murata to beat him , Lemiuex should fight someone like Murray, Soliman or Lee next
If GGG fights like he did against Canelo and doesn't go to the body , he'll lose against BJS. Prime GGG absolutely steamrolls him. Canelo will be outboxed. This is the style of fighter that gives him fits, and Saunders is bigger than any other slick fighter he's ever fought. That said, judges will always gift him if it's even remotely close. Jacobs is an interesting fight.
Totally disagree. Saunders outboxes, schools, and absolutely dominates GGG. Any other matchup between Golovkin, Canelo, Jacob, and Saunders is close, but Saunders is a stylistic nightmare for Golovkin. Golovkin is troubled by movers who don't allow him to be set to punch, and Saunders is far and away the best mover in the middleweight division. I don't care how little resistance there was tonight, that Saunders' speed and legs and mental focus was as good in the 12th as the 1st showed a lot, and doesn't suggest he'll leave lapses for Golovkin to take advantage of.
Golovkin out boxed and easily knocked Lemieux out by the 8th round, after knocking him down, beat the hell out of him, no contest..................Golovkin would beat Saunders no doubt...............I could see Saunders out box El Pollo, Jacobs and Charlo, but Charlo did beat a cripple in his last fight! Beating a cripple takes a lot of skills! If beating Lemieux means you are the best at 160, then Golovkin is even above that..............
