Very popular whole wheat cereal in Australia and New Zealand.

Rolled scottish oats. Cold soya milk. Quick, easy, no messing around, also tasty imo. 527 calories, 82.3g carbs, 19.1g protein and 13.8 fat. I have had that as breakfast pretty much everyday for the last 4 years.

If you think hard about what foods would be most productive for you on a training day and fill you with the best slow release carbs , your choices are endless..

    Evander Holyfield in training camp....

Always , a couple of Pancakes, mashed potatoes , two or three eggs with 1 yolk.. (poached) .. wheat Toast...

And that was a multi belt heavyweight ledgend..

I know most heavyweights love Oatmeal, and bananas.. great energy foods..

The key also is lots of fluids... Body being well hydrated is essential, Juice, tea , coffee (decaf) water..

    God bless...

My kind of breakfast. I was wondering... is there such thing as drinking too much water if you are trying to lose weight. I drink TONS of water during a single day. There isn't anything wrong with me (i.e. diabetes), it's just that water is the only thing I drink. Anyway, I am trying to lose weight and I feel that everyday when I drink this much water it kinda defeats the purpose of my attemted weight loss.

Do you mean fat loss, or just weight loss in general?

Water is very very good for you if you're trying to lose weight. It might not seem like you're losing pounds possibly because of water bloating, but you need water and a lot of it. I drink 3-4 liters a day on top of whatever else I drink.
