whole grain cereals, something that has some fiber and protein, different ones depending what is on sale or oatmeal. I use the microwave oatmeal, though Ive read the old fasioned kind is healthier but I dont have patience for that ****. in either case I like to add raisins and honey to it with milk.
The only downside is pissing all the time I drink a **** load of water when ever I work out. Ive probably had 80 oz of water today or more. I have been pissing constantly. Also I will have to wake up in the middle of the night to go and I hate that ****
Me too. I have to **** almost once every hour. It's crystal clear though so I must be doing something right
Protein shake - Apparently increases the body's metabolism for the day. + anything with slow release carbs are pretty good. A warm glass of water is the best way to wake up...less of a shock to the system as a hot/cold drink.
Yep. Drinking loads of water and needing to **** all teh time is awful especially in the middle of the night when I can not be bothered gettting up to go to the loo, I prefer to wait and see what happens. Although accidents can happen I think my method works well.
I hate it too. But if I wake up having to go and try to ignore it and go back to sleep, Ive found it will wake me up again and again until i eventually go. It is annoying if I am having problems sleeping.
At least three grains, three fruits, and three vegetables mixed with juice in a blender. Fish, chicken, or eggs
After my run, I usually have a small banana, 2 oz of porridge cooked in milk, a poached egg, drained tuna in brine from the can and some green tea, but I am not a champion, unfortunately.
Just have a empty bottle next to the bed and go from there. You will need to wash it out once a week though.
If there are leftovers from dinner the previous night, I eat those. If not, I eat whatever random food items are around.
