I dont think you really know what is the truth in a court of law. First of all, a dead body and bloody knife is a shitty comparison. Second of all, anyone who comes across that isnt gonna think, ****, note to self, dont pick up the knife itll have your fingerprints on it. Second of all...fingerprints arent always used as factual evidence, only when it can be completely connected with the person on trial.

Your so called argument would get laughed out of court. The only defense that he has is that Capetillo took the blame. Hes not being suspended for having plaster on his knucklepad, hes being suspended for using an ILLEGAL premade knucklepad that had elements of plaster of paris smeared on it, which shows an attempt to cheat. Had plaster been found, hed be banned for life, since it wasnt, its a year ban for using premade knucklepads with a foreign substance on them. Mosleys dr didnt put them in the wraps or make them prior to the fight. And since Capetillo already took the blame and admitted they were premade, your argument about Mosleys dr isnt even admissable.

I do get your point and i agree. If youre gonna speculate that hes innocent or that wrong doing was done against him, you have to speculate that he could be guilty as well. But thats not the case...the nevada commission cleared him, so they accept that with no problem, but when the csac says guilty...wont accept that, the commission was wrong on that one...its a joke. Youre gonna trust one commission then not trust the other saying commissions are shady and corrupt...if you feel commissions are shady and corrupt, why would you believe the nevada commission that cleared him? Its a complete contradiction, but hey, never let the truth get into the way of a good story.

Inmates dont make lawyers. If your family member dies of cancer and you spend a lot of time at the hospital talking to the doctor, it doesnt actually make you a doctor. Just allows you to speculate with your limited knowledge.

cause from the jump, the csac has ****ed up pretty bad.....i mean, who the **** lets a trainer take off with the evidence, and allows over 15 people to mess with it....i aint saying they framed him, but that's against the law too....

and why dont they come out and tell us exactly what was in his ****en wraps....TRACES MY ****EN ASS...we deserve to know exactly what it was.....i know it was still illegal, but to what point....is it possible that it's just old dried up healing cream..i mean, boxers do use healing cream after a good session...and being that they looked old, that's ****en possible.......

and it's easier to believe neveda cause evangelista (cottos uncle/trainer) has backed up the claim that nothing fishy went on....not only that, but they provide their own tape and gauze....
