Great channel thanks for sharing, guy defiantly knows his stuff.
Boxing is a sport of subtly, which is something most don't understand.

JLC was a solid overall fighter. He could mix it up, had great presence in the pocket and under rated skills. He was in an all time classic with Corrales and put in a great, probably winning, effort against Mayweather.

Not many guys can bang with the best banger in a division then hang, possibly beat, the best true boxer. That takes a truly well rounded fighter.

Let's be honest, they both won those fights in reality.

Yeah, the first fight with JLC and Mayweather was close, I had Mayweather winning it by a round. But what people forget is that Mayweather did that with a torn rotator cuff, that's why it was so close. Before someone tries to call BS, watch the fight yourself, he wasn't throwing his left with any authority at all, and he actually had VERY RESPECTABLE power at that weight.

The rematch was nowhere near as close, Floyd won it very comfortably. He made it into his fight, and outclassed Castillo, plain and simple; there should be no doubt who the better man was after that.

to the guys who actually watched the video and enjoyed it, you're welcome. :good I love these type of breakdowns or videos where boxers demonstrate their tactics or techniques.

    and to the haters
    My score card
    rnd: Floyd-Castillo
    1: 10-9
    2: 10-9
    3: 10-9
    4: 10-9
5: 10-9(close round, it becomes obvious that Floyd's shoulder was hurting, but he landed most of the (legal) punches while Castillo cut the ring off well)
    6: 9-10
    7: 9-10
    8: 9-9
9: 10-10(I watched it twice and don't know who to give it to. Floyd showed good defense and landed cleaner, but Castillo showed aggression and cut the ring off good)
    10: 8-10
    11: 10-9
12: 10-9 (Interesting round, Castillo landed more shots, but yet again, half of them are below the belt. I would have given it to him based off ring genralship, but Floyd stole the round in the last minute)
    115-112 Mayweather

now shut the hell up and take your Mayweather talk out of this thread unless you want to relate it to the video
