I know he is immensely popular and did a lot for British Boxing but I just never liked Naseem Hamed. I loved watching him get bullied by Barrera. There is a story in Calzaghe's auto biography where they are in some camp in the states I think and Nas is there along with Carl Thompson and JC. Nas is basically acting like a ***** and talking about how many Ferrari's he's going to buy and how much money he got from his last fight etc. Then he starts laying into Carl Thompson being disrespectful and saying stuff like "is that all you get paid Carl, I wouldn't get out of bed for that" and taking the **** out of the usually placed Thompson. Then Carl Thompson just snaps and offers him out, within seconds Nas is back peddling and pleading that he didn't mean it and then in the end I think storms off with his yes men behind him! He was just an overly cocky, arrogant, and embarrassing character. All his "oh baaaaaaby" interviews and post fight nonsense used to make me cringe!
The Uncle is now on 4 votes, One more please gentleman and he will be the first to be voted in by the 5 vote rule. :yep
Joe Calzaghe, horrible horrible style and his showboating was cringeworthy, never fought the best but is still regarded as a great. Oh and **** his precious 0, you can keep it, you cherry picking twat.
Audley Harrison just for being Audley Harrison and fooling everyone! Nice guy, clearly deluded about his abilities.
:-( Skeete's last few fights have been decent, Ive enjoyed watching them. He's only young, he's improving & is a nice lad. Doesnt belong with the like of Small, Cox & Larry O imo.
Yeah I never liked Hamed either. People say he had charisma but he didn't. He had the ability to put on a superb performance, and be controversial/cocky. People either loved him or hated him, but in terms of his personality he was just a peacock, that's all it was. Everything was loud and "look at me", and it was done with arrogance, and looking down at others. That story Jonny mentioned is a perfect example. It's not like he had the wit of Ali, or the intelligence of Bernard Hopkins. Charisma is what Johnny Tapia had. That's a charismatic fighter.

Darren Corbett the fat irish cruiser weight was also a real bellend. He used to show boat when knocking down total journeymen doing the embarrassing wobbly legs move, yet he was an unheralded, obese, fighter in a shite division. Show boating is always slightly distasteful but if you're going to do it at least be good at it like Roy Jones or Whittaker!
