In the last 4 it's 2 Katsitas and Moses so 50% sounds more than acceptable to me

If you could get the top 4 ranked lightweights 1 v 4,2 v 3 on the same card with the winners to fight 3-4 months later would be interesting.Even extended to the top eight if workable.

You could then have the winner face Ricky Burns around the end of January.

    Call the fight Burns night!!!:yep

Think some sort of tournament would be great for tv & the lightweight division here has many potentially good domestic matches would be a shame for them not to face each other.

Roughly working from boxrec rankings and presuming this would have to be a matchroom event dont know what sort of budget would be needed but how good would a contender style show be!! All in 1 house for say 2 or 3 months with 8 boxers no teams like contender just each man for themselves have a challenge with the winner choosing a oponent to box the following week with a program on sky midweek to show training and big brother style antics some of the boxers are like chalk and cheese would be great watch.

Solaris, you seem to put an incredible amount of effort in to being negative and argumentative. Almost every single post has an element of negativity attached, is it solely to get a rise out of the likes of Billy? Seriously buddy, try being a bit lighter and happier. Smile, cheer up and chill out. Make yourself a camomile tea and buy yourself a packet of Jammy Dodgers.

Here was me thinking boxers fought under the British banner?

It's not a Scotch vs English thing you idiot. It's more that you talk so much **** about how brilliant Ricky is yet he avoids the best in this division time and again.
