GGG is, but GGG is proving to be P4P one of the greatest duck artists in the game at the same time.

Is Randall Bailey still active? If he is then it's prob him. The guy has unreal power, it's a shame he doesn't have the skills to utilise it.

It's Wilder or GGG. Both are fighters that need to fight top opposition maybe that helps attribute to why they're knocking everyone out

It's Kovalev and not even close. He touches people and they go down.

True savage power. Wilder has had problems KOing bums like Molina.

Yeah he recently got stopped by Aussie prospect Jeff Horn but managed to clean Horns clock and drop him before Horn came back to win.

Well Stiverne and Duhaupas says hello...

I would go with more weight on the list:

    Wlad.
    Joshua.
    Granat.
    Price.
    Ortiz.
    Parker.

Wlad, Bailey, Kovalev and Golovkin probably have the most proven power against top flight fighters. They have also KO'ed tricky, elusive fighters who fight in survival mode, which is impressive. Obviously age will have dulled Wlad and Bailey's power somewhat. I think Kovalev may be a bit more concussive a puncher than GGG so I would favour him as P4P the hardest proven puncher in boxing.

Wilder and Joshua could take that mantle, but we will have to see how they fare against better opposition.

It's a pity Price isn't good enough to compete with the best as I believe he has genuine world class power that could stop any HW today. Unfortunately, he would get KO'ed before he could unleash that power against any half decent HW.
