The Brothers Klitschko

lennox lewis and haye are the only defining fights of their entire careers.

 

Haye is only a somebody because he's avoided the Klitschko's. Don't see fighting him as defining at all, and when either K does destroy Haye it will just be another fight for them that haters will eventually see as no more than a Arreola or Chambers.

 

Wlad fought better fighters than Haye troughout his career, and Vitali beat Hide, Byrd, Sanders and Peter, who I all rate higher than Haye... Only reason Haye is still mentioned as a threat is because he didn't fight one of the brothers yet.

first peter fight. Peter was in his prime and actual showed up in shape. Chagaev too.. He was 3 in the world and beat big nick and looked like an amatuer vs wlad. Chris Areala was a good # contender and got smashed silly

 

haye is far superior to all those fighters. are you seriously telling me that peter or herbie hide would beat david haye?

You don't have to be hypothetical, some of these guys actually were world class in eras prior to the rise of the brothers.

Chris Byrd was a successful top 10 and often much highter ranked contender throughout most of Lennox Lewis' reign..as was Wlad. :good

Hasim Rahman, declined when he finally met Wlad but a long term contender and former undisputed Champion from the Holyfiled and Lewis eras.

Haye is a Hide clone, with a softer punch and a bigger mouth.
Prime Peter will beat both those guys on pure raw power.

 

i dont now to say they are p4p top heavies,cuz the divison is so poor.

and the big names like holyfield,toney they never fought,even if these 2 were and are past their best,i still think thier skills and toughness are above any other standard contender in the divison.

i would have like to see either one deal with ruiz,he wasnt great,but make difficult horrible fights for everyone agiasnt him.

valeuv and each other would be compelling just for the size power and chins going to war.

i see no reason why tyson,lewis v wlad,fraizer,foreman,all these easily beat wlad,and can all beat vitali good too.

In what way? Chagaev has a better HW resume than Haye. JC Gomez was CW champ with 10 defenses.

 

I have a hard time choosing one. Obviously Lennox, but Vitali didn't win that fight. I guess the 3 best fighters both brothers collectively beat were Bryd, Peter, and maybe Chagaev. Though Chagaev was **** by the time Wlad got ahold of him. The Klitschko brothers resume looks pretty bare in comparison to past heavyweight champs.
