..I used to love watching Joe Louis..tremendous leverage on his punches..always well balanced..never threw a punch unless his feet were set..poetry in motion.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3PpR12yaRs
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charley_Burley ..checking him out on youtube now.. ..I've know about him for years too..sadly in the group of fighters too good for there own good.. ..and yeah mate..there's heaps of good reading out there on this stance and technical ability..:thumbsup
..i got sidetracked and come across this bloke.. ..a pretty astute guy on one of the other forums put Nicolino Locche up there with the greatest ever..amasing boxer..a white RJJ.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fY5wisWVqXY
..this is the sort of thing that reminds us how far boxing has slipped..you don't get this element anymore.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkQDm7n9PlA
where i think boxing has slipped is the best not facing the best anymore. i dont believe the fighters have slipped one bit .
