Can't disagree here even though I try to, some issues with McGirt there, can't be 10 fighters not listening to him.

There are only three senario's to this.

    1) Buddy McGirt is Cursed.

    2) Buddy McGirt Bets money on the opposition to win

    3) Its all a coincidence.

From what I've seen from McGirt for the most part he tells his fighters the proper things they need to do in the ring, when he is in the corner.

You can't train hunger and determination, that has to come from the fighter. Now Tarver lost not because of McGirt but because of weight-loss.

Brewster lost because at the height of his career he wanted to change styles to protect his vision, which was not a style he was successful at, he was like a new age Fraizer in that he took punishment to give it.

Litzau gets cocky in the ring and tries to showboat, yet has a weak chin, so it is Buddy's fault that he lost? Help me out on that one.

McGirt wasn't the main trainer for Eddie Chambers and he isn't the reason he stopped throwing punches the 2nd half of the fight.

I could go on, but it would be ridiculous.

I do think McGirt has a bigger stable than he needs, but I know he isn't a terrible trainer and I know he isn't the reason fighters lose.

I don't think McGirt is a bad trainer, but I don't think he's the best trainer out there. He just seems to be having a run of bad luck, ala Manny Steward.
