Well where to start with such a legend?

Resume? Probably the greatest Resume of a British fighter in the past 30 years, simply wow. Something like 11 world title fights in a row, against top top operators. 3 times world champ. Amazing

Style? His ruthless, relentless, focused attack is something to be in awe of. Hands down too, hes a bit ****y with it and thats what makes him so great to watch. When he goes into the typical Froch 'kill mode', you can see the fear in the oppositions eyes. Exciting times

Honour? He had to do things the hard way, work his way up, fighting everyone and anyone, and anywhere! a trure throwback fighter. Unfortunately he was never given his chance against slappy Joe which delayed his career, however when the tables turned he gave the young up and coming George Groves his chance. Unfortunately Groves could not take his chance, and got stopped. But props to the cobra for being a true man, a true warrior and giving Groves his much deserved chance. Respect to you Carl

We all know Froch has fell short to 1 man, Andre Ward. The P4P number 2 who will soon be number 1. No shame in that. A close loss to Kessler was avenged. Which leaves Ward is the only man who can actually beat Froch, no shame in that, nobody else can get close to the fighting warrior that is Carl, the international superstart, FROCHHHH !!!

Whats funny, is this is what everyone was saying 2 months ago. How 1 fight (a win at that) can ruin a top fighters reputation and legacy is unbeleivable. Dont think i have ever seen anything like that before

Sad times for Froch, because barring his last fight and his misuse of what to say after the fight, all this is pretty true!

I kind of feel sorry for Froch because he has gone from hero to zero.

If Groves does half of what FRoch has achieved he would be doing well.....we will see how he does in the future.....

    Exactly

On another note, why hasnt Groves given a rematch to Degale yet?

Groves got stopped afterall against Froch. Groves couldnt even put degale away, in fact i had Degale winning that fight.....

I feel the Groves - Degale issue needs to be adressed and put to bed before we even think about an immediate rematch for a fighter who just got stopped
