The catchweight part of the floyd marquez fight seems unfair to me

    Im starting to slowly turn on this issue by the way;Walk and co have a point when they point out JMM did call out Floyd,so why should he make too many concessions.
    Fair argument that one,time for me to have a rethink.:think

    Yeah I was arguing that one as well, then adopted the screw catch weights attitude. If the fight is considered Welterweight - then that's the limit.

    Suppose a fighter wins a WW belt, at a catch weight. Does that mean other real welterweights have to come down to fight for the belt? It's like finding a loophole in the system and should not be suppported IMO.

    If its non-title, im ok with catch weights.
    Title affairs are different though;Case in point-Oscar putting a 157( or fifty eight)ceiling on Hopkins for their fight.
    Thats wrong.It was for the MW/160 World title.

    Quit being a ****ing baby. Modern fighters complain about even a few pounds. Imagine when old time middleweights would challenge the heavyweight champ. marquez is fine.
