Whoever told you that's a good way to eat is clueless.

There was a thread on this before. Any diet that tells you to starve yourself all day then eat a single meal of any size consisting of whatever you want till you can't eat anymore is ridiculous. Also, the moron that came up with that "diet" seems to think eating junk food will force your body to crave healthy foods. Like I said in the other thread, have you ever sat there eating a doughnut or sweets, ice cream, whatever and wished it was a bowl of fruit instead? No. Stupidity at it's finest.

    Basically it's complete bull****.

It's bull****, learn about nutrition and avoid anything that has the word diet in it. That's my opinion. Pretty sure it's been a topic on here before as well, try a search and you might find your answers.

Depends on what you mean by "work".

If you honestly believe starving yourself all day is a good idea you need to read a book.

No, he isn't. That guy is on a "caveman diet", as in only eat what a caveman would have had access to, nothing to do with the diet you're thinking of trying.

3% bodyfat is essential to life, he'd be in a coma or dead.

The Paleo diet is not the same as the "diet" you originally posted, they're two different things.

It isn't starving I would say it's detoxing

Also Frampton is ripped to f--k man

I did 14 rounds of non-stop punching yesterday - bags, pads and sparring so I am well able to go the ten rounds at a high intensity.

I also read he was at 2 percent

Starving yourself = "detoxing". Okay, mate.

You can get a low bodyfat without doing these silly fad diets.

14 rounds of high intensity non stop punching? I doubt it.

I take it you're trolling now...?

I can guarantee his body fat is not that low, not anywhere near. Again, he'd be dead or in a coma. Do you understand that?

He may be around 8%, maybe 7 at a push. Bodybuilders make it their goal to get their body fat as low as possible. On stage day they're around 5%, maybe slightly lower. They can only maintain these levels for just a few hours because of health issues with such low fat levels. If you think anyone could live day to day with such low fat levels you're clueless.
