The Chisora result MUST be classed as a robbery

    this wasnt a Froch-Dirrell, Macklin-Sturm type encounter where a close decision goes one way and people scream robbery, this was more on the scale of a Reid-Ottke, in that it wasnt just the final decision that was questionable, but it was the whole event - going to the backyard a of a hyped guy, promoted by a team who have been known for this sort of thing before, and the home fighter being protected by the referee numerous times in every round - Chisora was not allowed to get into a rythmn, the ref was pulling him off him and spuriously pointing to his head or his elbow allowing helenius to recover and get advice from his corner.

    Delboy controlled the pace of the fight, he dictated where in the ring the fight took place, and as well as this, he outworked Helenius in every round, so cant be accused of 'nicking' rounds

    People dont just think he won, most peoples views I've read have him winning by at least 4, a lot had him by 6, and Fat Dan had him winning by 8, yet 2 of the 3 judges at ringisde thought Helenius won the fight.

    This was a robbery!

    So what Fwank got ****ed over, how many fighters has he robbed on his own cards. Called karma, as for Chisora i have no sympathy for him, his antics during the fight said all we needed to know regarding his attitude to the Sport.

    Agreed. People throw the term robbery around extremely casually these days - to describe any close fight where they disagree with the decision.

    But this was a REAL robbery - a fight where one guy CLEARLY won, but the other guy got the decision!

    Yeah he did get jobbed.

    I have yet to read anyone's comments on who could score it for Helenius of course apart from Sauerland who had it 5-1 after 6 rounds.

    The referee was disgusting. It was pretty much the perfect advertisement for what's wrong with boxing and why Kalle Sauerland is a slimy reptilian wank stain.

    Who sanctioned the fight? If it happened over here for example, you would write to the BBBofC to try and trigger an investigation, but who is the equivalent over there ?

    Sauerland must be answerable to somebody. Or even if he isn't, at least he will have to pay out even more to bribe the next bunch of judges if people kick up a stink...

    No it's not he had him beat, and several times when he had in in trouble backed off to drop his hands or do some little act. I coutned 4 times at least he pulled this ****.

    He got what he deserved. Guys a ****ing clown.

    Yep this was a clear robbery,the sad thing is none of us are suprised.when it was annonced as a sd i got my hopes up that he might not be robbed, which goes to show what we expect with some promoters considering i had Chisora winning by at least four rounds.
