I don’t watch the Bantam weights too much so I don’t know too much about either but from what I’ve seen of both fighters Castillo seemed like the better fighter H2h.

Really wanted to put in Jeff Chandler, Lionel Rose, Chucho Castillo and Rafael Herrera in.

Snap, same 7 as me. Lionel Rose would have been my 8th. Chandler, Castillo and Rafael, along with Memphis Pal Moore, Pete Herman and Kid Williams, all good shouts too

Chucho Castillo would get on there before him.

The best comparison I can come up with is that it's like putting Frazier in your top 7 but not Ali. It's just a bizarre choice.

No, no Barry. 105lb champ. Sniffing around him for the in between section; not sure though.

I guess I should try better to understand what you're trying to say. Olivares beat Castillo 2-1. When you say Castillo is better h2h, do you mean A) That you think Castillo was screwed over in one or more of those fights or B) That if Castillo faced all the bantamweights in history he would have a better record than Olivares? I would like to hear your reasoning if you think either of those things if you don't mind doing that. I hope you don't feel like I'm interrogating/judging you or anything. That is not my intention.

Yeah so basically I’m rating Castillo the same way many rate Iron Mike. Even though his resume isn’t the greatest on that list I feel that he has the skills and talent to best anybody on that list. Hence putting him in my top 7
