I'm not the most knowledgeable on Flyweights especially from yesteryear but i'll give it a shot.

    Jimmy Wilde
    Pancho Villa
    Miguel Canto
    Pascual Perez
    Fidel LaBarba
    Frankie Genaro
    Benny Lynch

I personally think that Canto, Wilde and Wolgast are the only "must haves" on a list.

Not anymore! Now there’s no “so” about it, it’s just Canto. Mighty Canto.

I think Oba would’ve joined them had he lived. I think there’s a chance he could’ve beaten Canto in a fight I think. I like his odds personally.

I agree. They're the top three flyweights IMO.

I wanted to throw Ebihara in there too but couldn't justify it over the others.

Trying not to prejudice anyone, but you’re right.

    That's a very tough question.

I think the answer is nobody.

Canto could beat Wilde, Wilde could beat Wolgast and Wolgast could beat Canto.

The sheer amount of elite fighters with such varying styles means that nobody would go undefeated against the rest, and as for figuring out who'd do the best in a round robin, I don't have the confidence to make a pick.

Although, if I had to throw out a few names which I have a feeling they'd do the best, they'd be Harada, Perez and Wolgast.

A peak Roman Gonzalez has a chance against virtually anyone, as well.

We have 19 entries, I would like a 20th before I open up the bantamweight thread.
