Was Holmes left off because there was no room or because he retired after 1999?

WTF? Are you calling people out because they aren't voting like you want them to?

The big HAND pressing down on the scale.

This is coming off as about as valid as the Russia annexation vote.

EVERYONE is discussing votes and who is voting how and why throughout every single thread.

    So yes.

Anyway, this is the sixth warning I've provided you on this forum for your interjections here and i'm now permanently removing you from the forum. I will bring you back once the process is complete, what you do then is up to you.

Exactly as I have it and I too thought about putting Jack Johnson in over Marciano. But at the end of the day,,,,,,

    Muhammad Ali (1960-1981)
    Joe Louis (1934-1951)
    Sam Langford (1902 -1926)
    Rocky Marciano (1947-1955)
    George Foreman (1969-1999)
    Jack Johnson (1897-1931)
    Joe Frazier (1965-1981)

The last two picks were kinda hard but this was relatively easy compared to the last 2 lists.

I agree, RGS, and had the same 7 as you. I reckon Jack Johnson was the one I was debating most about but the rest were straightforward.

Saying you know boxing history, then saying you only know a bit about possibly the greatest P4P fighter of all time, is pretty funny.

This would have been much easier if I could pick 8 or 9, but I guess these are the guys that I simply can't leave out.

    John Sullivan (1879-1892)
    Jim Jeffries (1895-1910)
    Jack Johnson (1897-1931)
    Joe Louis (1934-1951)
    Muhammad Ali (1960-1981)
    Rocky Marciano (1947-1955)
    George Foreman (1969-1999)
