Even if he loses there is no shame in loseing to the P4P king. I just want to see the fight, and honestly as Cotto continues to improve the longer Floyd waits the tougher Cotto is going to be.
Yeah . . . Cotto will have his first loss . . . according to your hallucination again. Push for the fight to happen "dynamite ass" and stop justifying your boii's chicken act. If that fight doesn't happen you'll be forever dreaming of how PBF will kick Cotto's butt. Now you tell me who's coward? :yep :good
Cotto isn't just adding his arsenal...he's always had it. You would knows this if you saw his earlier fights...he just chooses to box when he needs to...and most of the time he doesn't need to.
Yeah it's pretty obvious your not to bright I can CARELESS who you highlight:rofl By all means HIGHLIGHT AWAY:rofl And again I tell you, YOUR THE ONE THAT STARTED THIS. YOU SAID SOME **** ABOUT DON'T MAKE ME HUMILIATE YOU. THAT'S NOT AT ALL ME STARTING ANYTHING, THAT'S YOU. GO BACK AND READ IT YOU STARTED CALLING ME NAMES FIRST. And since we're semi getting back into the convo what's the big deal about Floyd fighting Ricky? Because from what I understand ya wanna be technichal and say Ricky was to small. Not at all menchaining this BEFORE the fight they choose to say this after Floyd wins(just to make excuses) How was Hatton to small when in reality he's bigger than Floyd. Hatton is a natural 175 pounds when he walks around, that's his natural body and walk around weight. His body type is stocky and thick(no-homo) Floyd only cuts around 158 pounds to make 147. Not to mechain Floyd is not really a welterweight fighter. He could easily go right back to 140. So how the hell was Hatton to small?
you got some good points but this post is fuled at those who always hate on pbf.2 wrongs dont make a right, cotto is the truth i stop douting him only two fights ago.before he fought zab i talked loudly about him after he beat judah i wispered about him, when he fougt and beat shane i was silent. no longer could i deny him and no longer could i say who he beat, cause he beat two guys i said would ko cotto and i was wrong.cotto is more confident then ever and i think he should fight margo and the winner of that fight will be the 2nd best ww in the world and then they could challenge mayweather to see who is the best. a fighter name clottey might get in the way of that, hes number 1 rank fighter for the belt margo just won.so we might see a margo vs clottey rematch before margo cotto, and we know what happen when margo and clottey hooked up.clottey tapped that ass until his hand got ****ed up and margo took it from there but only from there, margo also set a copbox record throwing 1600 punches in that fight. i hope cotto can fight margo before clottey does, cause in a rematch clottey will beat margo.clottey vs cotto would be made and clottey is no namer that mayweather want even acknowlege.hopefully cotto margo then mayweather.
I record everything dude. Even fights on ESPN and fox sports net. I've been doing this since I was 5yrs old when I learned how hit the record button on the VCR. The first time I saw Cotto fight was on ESPN. I've seen his earlier fights and I know what i'm talking about. His skill level was not as good at 140 as it is now. He alot like other fighters past present and future got better as time went along. He even said himself he's using his jab better. More credit to him he's opening up his game and seems to be getting better as every fight comes. But that don't mean he uses these new skills he's bringing out and beat a Floyd Mayweather with them:nono
Nah nah nah . . . stop the blah blah blah . . . make the fight happen first before you waste your time talking about your hallucination of how PBF will beat Cotto. We we're arguing when you suddenly came into the picture and try to justify PBF's chicken act. PBF is the top man at 147 so he should depend his position and fight 147 fighters . . . very simple. Fighting a top 140 lber might have given him money and fighting DLH could have given him money but it doesn't help him prove he is still the top man at 147. Reason why he should fight Cotto after DLH and . . . should not announce retirement again. Now . . . back to the thread . . . who fit s to be called coward? :think
Hmm, the subject here is fitting the criteria for Disqualification, but we'd need some substantial evidence.
I know...5 years old Not only did he watch boxing but he was able to do what so many parents couldn't do and that sync his VCR to record ESPN....What bull****
But how is Floyd ducking or being a coward when Arum never even threw a single offer at him? It's NOT Floyds job to go contact a man (ARUM)that can't stand him. They should be going after him NOT the other way around. He's already on top, Cotto is trying to get there. Why should Floyd push for that fight to happen if there NOT even looking for him Arum is saying Floyds name, but he ain't showing no numbers. I can more than understand if Arum is throwing 10 or more million dollars and Floyd is turning it down. If that was the case me being a Mayweather fan will step up and say hey Floyd is scared. BUT none of that is the case. They never offered him anything, that's not running or being a coward. It's not like Cotto steps up and says I want Mayweather. He doesn't even do that. It's not disrespectful or will tarnish Cotto's image if he calls out a guy everyone wants to see him kill. But he doesn't. His thing is i'll fight who my promoter tell's me if Floyd wants to fight we can do it. He called out Delahoya before, but NEVER Floyd. That's proof he's not to crazy about fighting Floyd either And ARUM NEVER makes offers. He calls out Floyds name but doesn't do anything. The REAL coward here is ARUM NOT MAYWEATHER OR COTTO
well he did openly offer Floyd 8 million to fight margo...so what happen there...obviously it didn't work...because Floyd still ducked him, not even for his biggest payday.
Well how can you start negotiation with a fighter who has announced his retirement? And twice! The negotiation attempt was preempted. Cotto doesn't have to call names. He hasn't done that in his whole career. Now he is number 2 in the division and a fight with the number 1 should be automatic or mandatory. :yep As to Arum I don't care how you call that ********.
I box. I know how one injury can change the way you fight. Floyd was not 100% and still was competitive in a close fight that could have gone either way.
You can easily throw numbers at a semi retired fighter. Semi retired fighters are still available. It's very easy. Offer acttractive numbers and they'll come. Hopkins is semi retired and so is Oscar. There still fighting Arum offering Floyd a deal would be very easy, but that hasn't been done. That's ALL Arum's fault. Yes Arum is a ********
