Floyd called out Delahoya for years and the only reason he got his shot was because beyond a doubt Floyd was the only fighter with enough marketability and he held the rank as being the best among his peers now i don't agree with the rematch with Oscar but in many people's eyes he didn't beat Oscar decisively the first time just like many people didn't think he beat Castillo the first time but he gave him a rematch anyway. Its no different and had people just said he beat Delahoya or if the judges weren't so blind and judged the fight correctly Delahoya/Mayweather 2 probably wouldn't have been thought about.

Back to Miguel though.

He should have the Tarver thing going on right about now. Wherever Floyd is Miguel should be there he should be in Floyd's dreams in Floyds bitches dreams he should be scaring his children when they go to sleep because they are afraid that this man is going to destroy their father if they step in to the ring together.

He should question Floyd's heart he should call Floyd a coward and say that they just seen more action in 4 rounds than they've seen in Floyd's whole career.

Floyd thrives on being the best and when someone says he's not then it pisses him off.

Has Cotto pissed Floyd off enough to say **** it make the fight like they did Ricky Hatton (who called out Floyd immediately)

No he hasn't...but what he will do is split his money with Margarito and Arum and Margarito will also split his money with Arum.

In the meanwhile Floyd will hurt Delahoya this Sept. earn another 20 million and hope and pray that Miguel Cotto climbs out of his shell and says something disrespectful so he can build some momentum with whatever he's bringing to the table and the gate financially and until he does that he'll be a coward and this fight won't happen

Cotto shouldn't have to insult anybody in order for Floyd to be a man and fight the best opposition out there. If he needs to be insulted as an incentive, then Floyd is the only coward.

So if a woman, in her 40's, overweight, presented with lower back pain and Polyuria.

You would suspect what tests would you ask for, what would that outcome be of those tests?

What would your treatment plan be.
