The crowd booing Sor Rungvisai post fight was disgusting

Super gross.

 

LAtinos pissed on Johnny Owen's travelling support and picked the pockets of those carrying him from the ring in a comatose state. Saltily booing a decision counts as progress.

 

It's a shame when this happens.

It could have been a reaction to the scorecards and not personally directed at Rungvisai himself. I thought he won the fight convincingly enough. Should have been a UD.

 

It was a close fight, I scored it a draw 114-114.

It's understandable that the fans would be unhappy about the decision.

 

Including or excluding knockdowns? 117-111 was way off but have to say IMO Cathy Leonard (115-113) got one right at last.

 

They should stop serving alcohol to Mexicans at sporting events until their behavior improves.

 

Especially in Europe! You ever see those crazy Mexican hooligans at soccer(football) games? Throwing bananas at the black players, just disgraceful!

 

What's so different about the crowd booing in this fight than it is for any other fight?

 

I bet Marvelous Marvin wishes the “good, gracious” English fans would’ve been restricted from alcohol on September 27, 1980, when he carved up and snatched the title from the equally “gracious” Alan Minter at Wembley Arena. Instead, the gracious English fans denied an ATG the opportunity to celebrate a title that took him 7 years and 54 fights to win.

Wangek won clearly. He was in full control from round 2-10.
Estrada was competitive but wangek could have swept all those rounds.
Even round 2 and 11 were closely contested.
Actually 117-111 is not far off if you favour his aggression and body moving power.
On the same token I think 114-114 is not as outrageous as well only if you like bend over to the Mexicans.
Personally I have the score 8-4 or 7-5 to SSR

 

I wasn't angry, but why the **** were they booing. Estrada didn't grow a pair of balls until it was too late in the fight. They should have been booing Estrada, for not having the boxing IQ to deal with such a limited arsenal as the one possessed by Wangek. Literally two punches. A straight left hand, and a jab. Absolutely no infighting ability, and such horrible footwork, that Estrada could have stuck and moved to an easy decision, or made it a phone booth fight and whooped his arse on the inside. Crowd booing was straight up bull****.
