The sad thing is Broner could have taken an easy way out of that fight and went for anyone else as if Maidana never existed. Yet he did what the fans wanted him to and fought a tough risky opponent. Broner didn't have anything to gain in that fight and everything to lose. If he beat Maidana people would have said Maidana is a joke anyway.

    Forget about hype

    Footwork is everything

Broner has the worst footwork of any hype job I've seen

He can't move to save his life

Maidana awful feint body shots into head shots could easily be missed with a simple step back and counter

Old shot to sh1t mayweather was even able to move his rickety old ass legs back enough to land on maidana

I don't think you have ever boxed. So Broner who was a belt holder cannot move to save his life and to beat Maidana you need to step back and counter. Sounds like you have worked out Broner and Maidana, impressive.

I said Canelo was Almost written off, but thankfully the Mexican fans are incredibly loyal to their fighters. If he weren't a Mexican born in Mexico where would he be today, same place Guerrero is, a joke on this forum, ironically I think Robert is underrated.

People were screaming he was an exposed hypejob for months after the Floyd fight. Canelo is a big talent that was pushed too soon based solely on the fact that people thought too highly of him, and actually thought he would stand a chance against Mayweather not realizing in their hype haze that he wasn't ready and that he would easily be outboxed. Their overconfidence and subsequent letdown almost ruined him.
Now he's beaten up Angulo and everybody thinks he's unstoppable again, how are they going to react when Lara possibly beats him, even though I'm rooting for him.
I know I sound contradictory at times but even though I think some fighters are overhyped it doesn't mean I think they are worthless either.

I agree. Dudes will see a guy look good on Saturday and all of a sudden, he beats EVERYONE because he beat ONE opponent on Saturday. Short term memory fanboy dementia 101

I was hoping he would do better and I'd look like genius, which I would have, had he won, it was a big gamble, I lost, how's that for honest.:D

Just leave GGG off the list. I told you he is the real deal. Everyone in boxing knows it that is why he is feared and ducked.

Mayweather overhyped cherrypicker claiming TBE when he's carefully picking through opponents to avoid losing.

I'd rather any of these guys over him because at least they put themselves in dangerous fights.

You forgot Lucas lucas matthysse who had his balls sucked for a few years from people who thought he was a killer because he knocked down 50 bums and drug dealers off the street of Argentina.
