Good vid again Rums. It's a great division, but like all of them the alphabet soup is somehow still capable of turning things into a joke. Davis' belt is as paper as Bryan's, but he's a very good contender non the less. Haney's belt is basically the result of a WBC clusterfaq, wanting to keep Loma undisputed while defending against Teo, and not opening themselves up for another lawsuit. But they just have to fight eachother. Davis must come out of hiding and finally fight any of the other guys, same goes for Haney. Maybe they can fight eachother and give the WBC and WBA another issue dealing with their own rulesets.
Good divison. I wouldn't count Tank though as his management have already stated he will not fight a non PBC guy. Iook forward to fights between Loma, Hainey, Kambosos, Teo and Garica.
There's such a groundswell of guys under them which makes it hard for the big fights to happen. Tank can defend that fake belt against semi-credible opponents forever which is a shame because he might beat any of them. What's even crazier is he dropped the real version in the trash because he wanted to eat 5lbs worth of donuts.
lol Haney hiding? Loma ducked him and dumped the WBC belt, Teo ducked him and it looks like Kambosos is ducking him too. To even suggest Haney needs to come out and stop hiding is moronic
Sorry thats baloney - Kambosos team have not even made an offer lol - They drivel you guys post is so funny. Internet rumour and all. If anything Haney decided to take the vax and in anticipation to flying down to Australia to fight Kambosos. He is the ONLY person actively pursuing Kambosos. Just like he did against Loma and Teo.
I read that but it again its baloney. Only last week Haney tweeted he was still waiting to hear from Kambosos and there was silence from Kambosos and his team. Even more strange considering Kambosos could not stop talking to the press or on socials after his Teo win.
I've posted the link. The latest is that Haney wants more money. Hearn has told Haney not to price himself out as well. Not a good look for a man who won his belt in an email and isn't a draw.
I'll put a small percentage of the blame on some of the fighters, could you imagine in 1976 Roberto Duran tolerating some other fighter calling them selves a world champion at 135 and not wanting to decapitate whoever it was? As has been mentioned often, Tank Davis doesn't seem to have any desire to fight the other good fighters at 135. Teofimo is gone to 140 I'd say after his loss to Kambosos so between Lomachenko, Haney, and Kambosos surely someone can muster the stones to fight the other.
Its trash really, I mean we have Haney a overrated weight bully who is not fighting anyone good...just fighting little guys and old guys...And claiming he is avoided to his thick fans. We have Ryan Garcia who is too scared to step in to a ring...even step into a gym and train, also a weight bully and who is trash. We have Tank who is holding a little regular belt going up in and down in weight divisions cherry picking fights for other regular belts and getting gift decisions against guys like Cruz who tank wont rematch on fair terms. We have lopez another weight bully who was scared too rematch Lomachenko, So he decided to cherry pick a mandatory that wasnt ordered and got beat up LMAO. But if im being honest Lopez isnt actually that bad at all compared to the 3 queens ive mentioned. Kambosos seems like a real fighter, seems like he wants to fight the top guys next in his hometown as he deserves of course. He has been fighting guys in their backyards so he has no doubt earned that, he seems to have the skill and the grit so im seeing good things at the moment and he is also not a weight bully. We have the real best guy in the division Vasyl Lomachenko, a guy who should be fighting at 130/126 but decides to go up and fight guys twice the size of him because people are too scared to fight him at 130 and 126. And still people refuse to fight this man when he is tiny compared to them, won belts in multiple weight classes beat the best guys he can get and has the best boxing brain and skills its unreal to watch , became champ in only 3 fights and has been fighting top guys in their turfs his whole career and is making them look like **** and making them quit. Got robbed against lopez clearly, he won round by 1 round. And that is because he didnt throw any punches for half the fight and lopez still didnt do ****. As soon as Loma did he beat the **** out of him, bounced his head back like ping ball machine. it should have been Loma v Kambosos and Loma..No disrespect to Kambosos but he would have got ****ed up. Tank and haney are refusing to fight Loma that why haney chose to fight abdulaev to become interim champ instead of becoming Lomas mandatory..Tank is saying each year that he dont need Loma and is saying Loma aint got a lot of time left and he does...so is basically saying he is going to wait for loma to get old. We have Cruz who is a tough guy but basic really, still beat tank though LMAO. We have commey who can actually beat Guys like ryan, tank etc but wont get those chances of course. We have diaz who arguably beat haney when he was tiny compared to him..beat Fortuna the guy who ryan ducked..and then got ducked by ryan afterwards. So really its not as great as people are making it out to be but atleast we have guys like Loma who are saving it
