    Inactivity, Scott hasn't fought for 16 months and boxrec only rank fighters who've fought in the last year.

    If he did that all he would have is David Haye, Fraudley Harrison, Danny "Legend Killer" Williams, and Matt "I'm Done, Son" Skelton.

    some guys just know their limits and have no desire to get brain damage getting KTFO'd. He must think that he can't beat elite talent and isn't going to bother trying.

    You can make a ton of cash fighting bums, it is essentially getting paid to spar. And while the purse wouldn't make Floyd Mayweather get out of bed to go get it certainly is a nice payday for hardly any work.

    The old cash out. Eventually a fighter decides to go for broke and gets that big money fight and boom they either sink or float.
