Many top boxers that have gone with Eddie have lost their 0 or important fights like Canelo did tonight. When Canelo was with Golden Boy he seemed unbeatable

No curse, he makes fights happen with fighters that want to fight the best.

Canelo asked for this fight and Hearn gave it him.

Isn't that a good thing though, no one is safe if that is the case.

No curse here, he’s the reason we get to see so many fights.

He doesn’t stop anyone from fighting who they want to fight, thats where losses come from.

If Canelo was with PBC we wouldn’t have seen him fight Bivol if he asked for it. They would keep their cash cow alive for their own benefit instead of letting him chase greatness.

Hearn is the best promoter in Boxing and every other Promotional company knows it

    Curse?

Matching fighters in hard fights and not protecting 0s is exactly what we want more of.

This makes me wonder if boxers will stop chasing Canelo for a paycheck and finally fight each other.

Brook was doing ok stylistically, he would have been ok if his face wasn’t made out of porridge. Cant blame that on Hearn

I hope the rest of boxing suffers this curse then, sick of fighters being protected. Hearns always taken risks with his big name fighters, always pushed for the big and risky fights. Yeah it back fires but that's boxing and just because guys like Canelo and Joshua have lost it doesn't actually stop them from being cash cows.

This whole fascination with keeping the 0 has killed too many fights and only damages boxing as a sport. Canelo became a cash cow because he took risks like facing Mayweather at 23. Fans are drawn to fighters who dare to be great that's what drives the sport not fighters being protected.

Well Canelo should of lost the GGG fights and against Lara but the judges robbed them.

With MR Canelo stepped up I weight and in quality by beating the two best SMWs in C.Smith and BJS. Went up against the best LHW that styliscally the worse opponent he could have fought between MW - LHW and lost.

Pay close attention to E-Hearn's face as and after the decision is announced

Now his other golden goose Clenelo who he has been fawning over like a doe-eyed teenybopper lost too

He's been doing the same with Haney who he's trying to position as his American star to break the US/new Floyd and he's now lost him for the time being to arch rival OG Bob

He didn't want Haney to go to Oz and he was pushing hard for the rematch against Kambosos, providing Haney won the first fight, to be in the US

And he lost the purse bid to OG Bob and Big Frank for Fury vs Whyte and Fury won via KO too

There are things I do like about E-Hearn and Iv'e praised him many times but by the same token there are things I don't like about him too. I hate the Re-Matchroom shenanigans and I don't like how he treats some of his other fighters in relation to the likes of Clen, AJ, Haney etc. Bivol being one of them

I don't like how he kept saying he wanted the Usyk vs AJ rematch in the UK again, in his own words ''because it's a big advantage for AJ''

Usyk is the champ, a fearless road warrior, and he whooped AJ in his backyard on a deck which couldn't have been anymore stacked against him and the fight should be staged wherever he wants and to be honest there shouldn't even have been a rematch because Usyk was mandatory and he won wide

E-Hearn wouldn't even entertain the idea of Whyte travelling to Russia for the Povetkin rematch either which annoyed me as road warrior Povetkin fought AJ in the UK, Hughie, Price and obviously Whyte in the UK in four of his last five fights, won via HL reel KO in Whyte's backyard, and he it was his final title run and he was on his last legs and absolutely deserved to call the shots and a home fight

If Hearn was your typcial ducking promoter this fight would never had happened. AJ v Usyk would never had happened. Haney vs Kambosos would not be happening

You are what’s wrong with boxing, we all sit here asking for fighters to fight the best opposition and not focus on the 0 and you think its a problem.
