And why can't it? Why can't both sides agree with this? It's not too soon for it to weak Pacquaio. He took blood out 14 days before the Hatton fight which can be seen on the show 24/7. It's not within 3-5 days which is too close to the fight and can affect Manny according to Roach. A week, might be too close for Pac's wanting.

Can Floyd/Pac agree that random testing can occur anywhere up to 2 weeks from the fight?

    Blood testing could look like.

    Press Conference Test
    Early-Mid Training Camp Test
    Another Test Within 14 Days
    Test After the Fight

This seems like a good compromise. Floyd won't back down from the blood test for whatever it's worth. And whatever principles Pac side is fighting for, it's just a tiny bit of blood. Such a dumb reason to not agree to a fight when you can make 50 million dollars. Innocent people accused tend to want to clear their names. Pac's excuse of afraid of needles is bull****. His excuse of about blood to soon is a mental thing. I can respect that. 14 Days is nothing to complain of. Floyd should be happy if they could get this... they would be lucky to. Fair compromise?

In the time since 50/50 was offered and rejected by Pacquiao, Mayweather has continued to out-sell him fighting better and tougher opposition, and Pac lost.
