    Boxers who have proven too good for domestic level but haven't made the step up beyond or have failed when stepped up. Again some who have stepped down after being at that level.

    Has fought and done well with or beaten other top domestic lads (who havent moved up levels) or beaten all area boxers from several regions:

    Derek Chisora - could be above but hasn't been matched so far
    Stuart Hall - as above
    Martin Rogan
    Frankie Gavin
    Paul Smith
    John Simpson
    Derry Matthews

    Boxers that have yet to move up to domestic level or boxers who have failed a few times at domestic level.
