It's still a loss Lance and one he should have avenged. What people are holding onto here are the claims of Margarito's fans and his team. Aren't they the ones promoting him to be the most feared man on the planet?, the man no one wants?, what about avenging actually LOSSES?

As far as I know Paul Williams and Daniel Santos are offering him chances to avenge losses, based on the talks and descriptions of Margarito's fans we would expect HIM to be the one running after them.

 

It's only logical they won't offer him that much before, this is a business as much as it's a sport and you know it. Why the hell would they offer him $4million or more when they beat him and Margarito's stock obviously was down?

The offer is only high now because he's on top and Williams clearly wants him when he's on top. All the rubbish and excuses Margarito and his team produced after the first fight was good enough reason for them to turn his ass down. Williams doesn't need this fight as much as Margarito does and he's proving it by moving on, in the ends his record holds a win over him.

It's Margarito who should be making the offers, not the other way around.

After two fights w/ Santos BOTH stopped by a headbutt,is there ANYONE who wants to see them again? Besides, if you guys saw the fights, and I assume you did, It was a CLOSE fight that ended on a technicality. So he lost...so what as I originally said. You make a big deal out of it because you want to.

And there's no doubt in my mind we'll see a rematch w/ Williams. As long as Williams can make weight that is.

 

I never said he should move up. I said Floyd moved up. Floyd isn't a natural WW. He could very easily move back down to where he came from.

I'm taking issue with the fact that people seem to forget that Floyd never had to come to WW to begin with. Him coming to WW is pretty much equivalent to Margo moving to MW for a few fights. Do you disagree with this?

I could care less if Manny Pac moves to 147 and stay. He'd NEED to fight the big guys in the division too. You don't get a free pass just becuase you were much smaller.
