Exactly! It's the fact that these guys live breathe and sleep to bash PBF every chance they get. When the guy has dominated 90% of the fighters he has been in the ring with and moved up from 130-154. They did the same with Jones another great and it's sickening.

Why shouldn't I? They hold PBF to that standard why can't I hold Margo? He hasn't moved up in weight and shown to be effective or great. He's a huge WW that should be fighting at 154 but due to his limited style has to stay at 147. If he moves up in weight he will be exposed. Atleast a guy like Williams who is a huge WW as well has moved up to fight at MW that says alot about him but he gets shitted on here as well and Margo is seen is a savior...pathetic.:-(

Margo has dragged Floyds name through the mud consistently to try and gain recognition at his expense. Pimp is dead on with what he posted. They are two hugely different size fighters. If Floyd had Margo's career strategy and plan he would still be fighting in the 130's...and a fight between him and any WW would be a hypothetical with a possibility of happening. Imagine that world? Floyd dominating Pac, JMM, EM, Juan Diaz, David Diaz, MAB, Juarez, Soto....probably all by stoppage. People have to understand that him staying down there isn't far-fetched AT ALL, and would have been completely acceptable. But no he moved up in weight to chase bigger fights and greatness. Only to be misrepresented as a naturaly WW or LWW or whatever else and be criticized for not fighting EVERYONE at those weights, instead of being praised for fighting ANYONE at those weights. And thats the ridiculous part.

    Excellent post!
PBF is not a natural WW he's a small WW at best but still managed to beat bigger men and move up in weight. He could have very easily stayed at 130 and been the GOAT there but that wasn't what he wanted he wanted to test his skills and prove that he was the P4P best fighter in the world by moving up in weight and that's what separates him from guys like Margo who rely on size and the ability to take a punch from smaller men to win fights.:deal

Margo can make 147 just fine, I have no problem with him fighting there. Your problem seems to be with Margo fans(many of them are delusional, hypocritical haters so I understand). I just see no reason to **** on Margo.

All your points are excellent. However, Margo never really dragged Floyd's name through the mud. That was mostly Arum, and boxing writers. The fans followed suit and jumped in on the party.

I'm not bashing Margo. I've become a huge fan of his. But he, whether directed by Arum of not, it was 'Team Margo' that created the "Most Feared Man in Boxing' Tag and it was centralized around the claim that Floyd was afraid to fight him. Claiming the P4P best is afraid of someone in "his weightclass" is dragging his name through mud. I quoted "his weightclass" because in reality it's not his weightclass, he could and should be lower. :deal

Yeah. He also used the system and the way the sport of boxing is structured to his advantage and against Floyd in public. It is a living truth in the sport that the big names will chase legacy fights but more importantly (these days) money fights. Margarito understands this and plays by these rules. Floyd was playing the same game in turning down Margo....its risk vs reward. Its not fear to say a fighter is too much risk for too little reward. I don't think there is a fighter alive who will say NOBODY is a threat inside that ring. Floyd recognizes that Margo is a dangerous fighter and made a business / personal / career decision to choose another fight. BIG DEAL. Margo does the same ****. Floyd had the Delahoya fight on the horizon.....who in their right mind would risk losing that opportunity???? Margo has recently ignored the top WWs in interviews and called out Delahoya :deal Bypassing an opportunity to TAKE the linear title from Baldomir to fight Margo for his WBOgus bull**** title would be ******ation to the highest degree. Not to mention, nobody knew who the **** Margo was then! At least with Baldomir they had the Gatti victory to go on, and everyone knows Gatti so there was a connection to the mainstream fanbase :deal
