Who wins this clash of the titans? I’ve persknally got Ortiz Winning via T/KO in under 7. How do you see it?
Whyte ices him in 3 provided Ortiz can get to the ring without failing a drug test or having an angina attack.
Who cares. Ortiz is 8 years in line for a rematch with Wilder fighting Cojanu's. Whyte vs Breazeale is on. Actually would like to see Ortiz vs Kownacki. If Kownacki can big boy and outmuscle Martin, I think he has a pretty good chance against an aging Ortiz.
That would be a great fight. I think they are very evenly matched. I think Ortiz has the technical skill to make the most of the gaping holes Whyte leaves in his defence.
Be it Ortiz on heart medication, anti-depressants, antispasmodics, erectile dysfunction medication or hormone-replacement therapy. 20 years old Ortiz, 30 years old Ortiz, 40 years old Ortiz, 50 years old Ortiz or 60 years old Ortiz. Blonde Ortiz, brunette Ortiz, ginger Ortiz, shock-blue haired Ortiz or bald Ortiz. The answer is still the same. Ortiz by brutal KO.
Whyte has the (slightly) better resume. But it is hard to imagine any other result than an Ortiz win by stoppage.
As the number #1 Dillian Whyte fan LOL and with a touch of bias. I'm going to back my man. I hear all this nonsense about "gaping defences", that's ridiculous. Dillian has excellent defense as of 2018, and has showed it in his last 3 fights. His arms fall down when you reach rounds 10-12 naturally due to the gas tank and coming in heavier than usual. Ortiz hasn't fought anyone like Whyte of 2018, he'll punish Ortiz like no other man because he's got power upstairs and downstairs with his body shots, that will be enough to wind an aging ortiz and prevent him from executing any of his own plans. People underestimate Dillians counterpunch ability, it's like a special ability that get's activated when he gets attacked, and he's so good with it. In the past, Dillian been a headless chicken in instigating attacks, always waiting for the counter, but today he has upped his game in coming forward with the pressure and tasting the fruits of his labour with knockouts and knockdowns. If he comes in prime shape sub 250 - Dillian for TKO/KO after round 7
Props for admitting some bias. And it could go down like you describe. I'd consider Whyte a live underdog. Would be a great fight.
