    Agreed!

How on earth is the PPV model still going in this day and age? It makes no sense at all.

Imagine the average sky customer/casual boxing fan who hears about this Brook/Gavin fight and thinks 'Buzzing, I've got SS as well. I'll watch that' only to be told that he has to fork out ANOTHER SIXTEEN ODD QUID ON TOP of his already MASSIVE sky bill! People will vote with their wallets in the end and sack it off.

I said it from the start Eddie Hearn is a smug **** laughing all the way to the bank.

I believe he is getting real desperate now, i believe he lied to sky and promised them Groves v Degale, Khan v Brook and Quigg v Frampton and is unable to do any of the three.

Please tell me you're having a laugh.

Frank is doing plenty. He deserves major credit for rebuilding his stable after it was pillaged.

Mick could do more but he's at least chipping in with channel five.

You are probably dazzled by the bright lights of Sky Sports.

He said Frank isn't putting on any decent cards and has NO fighters coming through. The idiot must live on another planet.

We had the Bad Blood show.

Eubank v Chudinov - Eubank is now WBA number one.

Paul Butler fought for world title a month ago.

Derry fights next week. If Derry wins he becomes WBA mandatory.

Tyson Fury is mandatory for Klitschko

Billy Joe mandatory for Andy Lee

Terry Flanagan just fought an eliminator. Soon he will be WBO mandatory.

Walsh, Satchell, L Smith, M Smith, Catterall, Mckenzie, Pettitt, Skeete, Buglioni, ****ens, Chisora, Selkirk, L Williams all have belts and/or good rankings.

Not all world class but most will do very well.

Mick could do much more- the Blackwell/Ryder fight would have been an ideal Channel 5 main event rather than being an afterthought on a PPV show.

Frank in fairness to him has got the Lee/Saunders and Chisora/Price fights coming up which are decent 50/50s.

As someone has said above- what output is your Sky Sports subscription now buying? Anything half decent seems to be going on PPV now.

All you've managed to do is highlight how **** his stable actually is.

Bad blood was a farce filled with domestic level fights but charging world title prices, eubank is future target practice for golovkin, butler got destroyed, Derry has gone from a title shot to fighting for a mandatory, fury will be waiting a good while to lose to klitschko, bjs and Flanagan are admittedly in a decent position and only Liam smith and sat hell of the others is likely to do very well in the near future.

Is it a bad stable, no not really but compared to what he has had its pretty poor, not one top or potential top fighter in his stable

You have an aganda so your opinions have no merit.

As I said, Frank has done a good job rebuilding after his top fighters were pinched.

Frank has lost Frankie Gavin and re-signed Liam Walsh. Bradley Saunders left but Jack Catterall has emerged. Both better than the fighters he lost.

If you want to insult British champions and world title contenders, then it's your business.

Again you're another with agenda. You're embarrassing yourself.

Listen we all could find fault with every show and every fighter.

Who cares what the outcomes of fights are? I was responding to a post that said Frank is doing nothing for British boxing.

Bringing world champions over is doing something for British boxing. Getting uk fighters in mandatory positions is helping British boxing.

Let me tell you something. Back a few years all boxing here in Japan was pay TV (subscription) and it was tailing off. We then get Joichiro Tatsuyoshi, an exciting fighter with fun style and a lot of excitement. Jo manage to get free TV interested in boxing and now we got exciting free TV fight.

In next few week a lot of our best fighter on free TV. Yamanaka, Ioka, Takayama, Miura, Murata and Uchiyama. Boxing here get million of viewers, fighters are known across country.

    British boxing needs a Jo.

I don't understand the backlash. It is my belief that UK boxing is at an all time high and here you have 3 world title fights involving UK fighters plus Joshua plus a couple of UK title fights involving local fighters.
What am I missing here and why would you not pay $50 to catch this on tv?It sounds to me like a great show-even though I don't know the UK fighters involved except for Brook and Joshua.
Explain to me what am I missing or is the real popularity in UK boxing not what it appears?:huh

Most fans on here are poor Northern scum who don't believe in paying for things.
