Tell me a close fight where the fighter that lost didnt complain that he won...Close fights could go either way, but its not always that they will no longer get bigger fights...Bottom line, no robbery....:good

I havent watched that fight in years but even the Ring Mag said it was a bad decision and they even made an article about it.

theres no point in diascussing Fraud's fights with a groupie like you cause you already have your scorecard filled in favour of him before the fight even happens im surpprised you didnt have him beating Castillo by KO.

I have no problem with anyone that has Clottey winning the fight, it was a close one that could've gone either way,but you're a Julie Ledderman wannabe that doesnt have a clue what you're talking about claiming that a fight that could've went either way is a robbery just shows what kind of "expert" you really are.

you probably just mad cause that result means that Pac will fight Cotto and he can probably ruin a future Pac-Fraud fight.

Yeah, pretty certain I have Floyd winning 1,2,4 and 11. Pretty certain. I have him winning 9 rounds of the 2nd fight so I'm no anti-Floyd guy, but I think Castillo's aggresiveness won him that fight, regardless of how clean it was. Floyd seemed to retreat more as the fight went on. So what if he injured his hand? So did Jones against Hopkins but he still found a way to win.

I also NEVER score even rounds........so maybe if I did I'd give Floyd a few more.I find even rounds to be lazy....I have to pay way more attention on a close round in order to decide who has won it. If I've given myself to give even rounds it's like 'wow, that was close, even round'. It's a cop-out IMO.

Hope this clears it up :good

Oh I guess if you say so then I must concede to your point then. I'm not advocating for every single mother****er who complains they lost a close fight here because if you've noticed fighters often don't have a very good sense of whether they won or not. Some fighters think they've legitemately won even if they've only been midly competitive in a fight.

No, what I'm arguing about here are fighters who have a real and honest claim to a close victory and didn't get it in the end. By the way, I thought Cotto won this last big fight so I'm not some butthurt Clottey fan screaming robbery here, I'm debating the point of this thread, not the decision.

Mate, you need to chillout and accept other people have opinions and have seen the fight differently. This is a forum not LET'S ALL AGREE WITH ME OR EVERYONE'S A ****.

Typical nutthugger behaviour ignoring the true.

you're just just mad cause Cotto will get a shot against Pac instead of fraud thats what this is all about.

I saw Clottey block most of Cotto's punches, and land more of the cleaner shots himself. Clottey was the aggresor throughout, and won 8 rounds. The HBO broadcast team sometimes openly roots for certian fighters , and while Manny Steward seemed to be seeing what I was, Harold Letterman was gushing over every move that Cotto made.
When a guy forces the fight, lands more punches while throwing less, and wins more rounds, he should win. The knockdown made it closer, but still not all that close.
Clottey clearly won, and since he didn't get the decision, it was a robbery.

This is indeed true and I for one have become very upset about the term "robbery" being thrown around!!!

However...one problem that I do have is that when a fight is very close, picking the winner becomes predictable!!! Although I bet on Clottey, I sincerely thought Cotto won. However, I knew it was a very close fight but had no doubt that Cotto would be given the decision - because of the crowd and the fact that Cotto is the main attraction!!

The same thing has happened with Collazo...he wasn't robbed in either fight against Hatton or Berto, but a guy like him just doesn't get given the close decisions in a fight and that's not fair!!!
