So Cotto gets to make excuses for his eye, yet no one wants t talk about the fact that Clottey had his leg hurt for a few rounds...

Enough talk. Fight is coming soon.

Well, the difference is, those guys HAD a warrior spirit, while Clottey never has.

we will know in the first 2 minutes , if clottey can handle the power it could be interesting , i dont think he can and the speed at which these punches come will confuse him , Manny in 8.

Not sure if beating Brandon Jennings and getting a gift decision against Josh Clottey were confidence boosters for Cotto. But for Hatton, if anything, his 2 wins before the Pac fight were positive motivations for him especially with a new trainer in Crackhead Sr.

He won't. He'll say Clottey was feather fisted and shot before Pac.

What you're doing is actually quite smart,If Pac wins you look like a fool but you've already accomplished that so no worries on your part but if Clottey somehow pulls of the upset you will look like a genius,Pretty good NBA pretty pretty good.:hat

Losses don't take "the warrior instinct" out of a fighter.

No. Cotto folded against Margarito. So saying he wouldn't have folded agianst Pacquiao if he hadn't folded against Margarito is almost as stupid as saying Pacquiao wouldn't have knocked Hatton unconscious if Mayweather hadn't.

And please rewatch Hatton-Pacquiao if you honestly believe Hatton folded. He was fighting back in 2, doing better.

You can't make a case for a fighter being undefeated if he had an injury for his 1 loss. And he has two losses.

I do agree with you that Clottey looks ready. I myself expect a one-sided fight, though that's got nothing to do with Clottye's state of mind.
