Dude, he got surgery. There's tons of photos of him laying under anesthesia in the hospital bed before and after the surgery. There's videos of him right after his surgery arriving home in a huge arm sling. He's been inactive for almost a year. There's video of his doctor, who's highly esteemed- on record- talking about the severity of Pac's rotator cuff injury. Sparring partners have gone on record saying that he did hurt his shoulder. USADA has gone on record saying Pacquiao asked for pain killers for fight night weeks before the fight. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT? The surgical video???
