*Let me some it up for you. On both WADA and USADA's rules, it clearly list NO IV use ever except with an advanced TUE issue ie, apply for TUE ahead of usage, and at 50ml per hour. There is no confusion in this language.

Thus how did a TUE get issued by USADA who have no sanctioning body powers? Why did they ignore their own clear and concise rules, not to mention ignore WADA's rules? Huh? Waiting....
