I'm just glad Floyd started additional drug testing in boxing both to try to help prevent PED use and to bring a new focus and bring about conversation regarding it. First athlete in the history of the world to pay out of his own pocket to be drug tested. For that, he moves to the very bottom of the list of likely PED cheats. Actually, even below him in liklihood, is Nonito Donaire who was the first to pay out of his own pocket for 365-day random testing and also Edwin Rodriguez who did the same 365-day random testing that Donaire did. So Donaire, Edwin, and Floyd less likely than the rest, who we can't say the same for.

 

WADA and USADA and, more importantly in the eyes of Pacquiao and his supporters, the NSAC disagree with you.
