I'm sick of it aswell, the guy is out of line and is not legitimately called out on his childish bullshite.

I'm with Robert Garcia all the way, he did nothing wrong... Freddie went up to him and spoke to him like a dog, there was no need for that.

Manny wasn't even there, and Robert and his team had been effectively drained of time by news reporters, and Robert was in the middle of an actual interview when Freddie approached him.

Despite nobody covering themselves in any glory, anyone who thinks roach didnt instigate the incident is blind. I had no real opinion on him before this, maybe a touch of pity perhaps (not that he wants it im guessing) but if i acted like he did in that gym, my old man wld slap me about the place in embarrassment. Mans a ****, clearly.

 

Yes both sides were disgraceful, but one of them started the whole thing, and that was Garcia when he stole Roach's gym time. If he had asked Freddie Roach, I'm sure Roach would have given him some extra time. But Roach didn't appreciate the disrespect of Garcia just taking his time without even asking. Then Roach went and told him his time was up, and Garcia just said "No, I don't care."

Only then did Roach become disrespectful, and I would have it too.

 

"Mexican" is a nationality - not a race. Still don't like what Roach said, though.

 

If we just focus on what happened at that time, Garcia started/caused the conflict.
He knew himself that their time was over in that gym. If you watched 24/7 Roach gave them some time without saying a word and instead of giving Roach a heads up or asked for time he said ''We're not done, we're not going. We're still gonna do 30 more minutes, I don't give a f##k, f##k em''. and he came up with those I never disrespected him BS.. If he respected Roach he would've talked to him when he arrived instead of the fu** them statement.


And calling a mexican a ****ing mexican ain't racist in my book.
