    Jeff Fenechs advice to

    1) Glenn Kelly when he was fighting Roy Jones Junior

    and

    2) Mike Tyson when he got beat


    was up there with the shittest Ive ever heard...



    Most corner men to a ****ing horrible job though. Trying to overeducate. There is not too much information a boxer is going to take in especially when they are losing.

    It may look good but they cornermen giving 50 instructions in 60 seconds have only waisted their breath as the boxer will take non of it in.

    Normally some encouragement and 1 or 2 things to work on is all that you can get someone to do.

    The dumbest cornermen in Australian boxing:

    Those that do not participate in the preparation of a fighter/boxer; those that think that it is all about motivation and miraculous magic......it is not; it is about dedicated and precise instruction, based on previous (good to excellent) experience.

    Unfortunately, not too many trainers or cornermen have this experience.
