you guys are forgetting how many fights Morales had time to watch against the up and coming Pacquiao. He'd have that same 'wtf' look that Barrera had when he first fought him at 126. Morales is lucky that Pac wasn't his first victim of the mexican foes.

Prime Morales in a great fight.

El Terrible in his prime was a beast in every aspect of the word.

Morales weighed 8 pounds less, of course he would lose. Unfortunately their best weights are two divisons apart, so it's hard to tell. I've always thought the best 130 Morales could beat Pac at his best though. Barrera never would, but both Morales and Marquez would IMO.

[Prepares for mindless abuse and pictures].

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

122lb. pac vs. 122lb. morales - i'd say morales knocks him out. morales is a beast on that division

    126lb. pac vs. 126lb. morales - 50/50.. i think featherweight is pac's prime weight

    end of story

i understand that at 122lbs. pac was really fast, strong and he has relentless aggression. he could have dominated that division had he stayed longer. on the other hand, when he fought nedal hussein it was at superbantam and he was almost knocked out (probably because during that time his conditioning was bad and roach was not on his corner yet) so i could say that his chin was a bit vulnerable at superbantam.. em on the other hand had a granite chin on that division (always has), is faster, and can bang. so i am still sticking to morales either by ko or ud at 122lbs.

Agree, but pac then would destroy EM in part 2 and part 3. He would get old overnight.

He should have retired after that fight. He would have a win over every opponent he ever faced and never have been down. Its a real shame to have seen him take the beatings he did in the 2nd and 3rd fights.

It would have been fitting to see him go out with the win over Diaz and the belt at 135. ****ing judges:twisted:

i didn't say that EM was faster THAN PAC at 122lbs. all i am saying is that morales was faster at that weight. i was able to watch all fights of pac at 122lbs and you are correct in saying that at 122lbs. all he did was come forward then walk through his opponents as if it's a demolition job. okay i'm just gonna change my opinion a bit: EM will either KO or win via UD against pac at that weight, because in my opinion prime weight of EM is at superbantam.
