And was not allowed to mention it. Very obvious he was off balance and fighting off the front left foot all night. He was clearly limping out of the stadium after the fight. If you remember Haye of old, he would be fighting off the back foot with many more feints, twitching, countering.

Props to Malignaggi for mentioning this. Fair play though, this is the entertainment business after all. Props also to Bellew for his honest post fight interview but this was indeed 30% of prime Haye

It is Haye's fault for coming into the fight injured again. Can't use that as an excuse to take credit away from Bellew, Bellew just had his number in both fights.

I was wandering why he was pretending he's not injured, but I doubt it's a contractual clause. More likely Haye didn't want fans thinking he robbed them and lied to get paid.

God forbid he may even be trying to protect his reputation so he can fight again :S

Depends what you mean by "had his number". If you mean dismantled in a fair fight, no MAJOR injuries coming in, then no. If you mean hit luck big time fighting a completely off balance one-legged fighter, then yes...

You would be surprised what they can contractualise these days

Bellew showed in both fights that he could deal with Haye's power.

Haye even in his prime had suspect stamina beyond the first 5 rounds and has punched himself out. Bellew is all wrong for him.

Jesus Christ. Haye fans are getting worse than Klitschko fans a couple years back. Reminds me of when Lewis beat Vitali,

Haye was doing roadwork in training camp and was using footwork to dodge away from Bellew's step in jabs and counter shots.
Nobody was saying he was a single legged man until after he got pasted.

I'm no Haye fan, but if you think Haye was anything but shot before both of these fights then you really are deluded.

One legged is hyperbolic. He clearly has balance, timing and coordination issues due to a (relative to pro level) useless rear leg.
